Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the PortLark Beta service. Updated October 4, 2026.

Accounts and access

Use an email address you control and keep your credentials private. Only expose services you own or are authorized to share. You are responsible for the content and services accessible through your tunnels.

Beta limits

The free Beta provides one tunnel for 30 days from first activation. TCP requires approval. Deleting or recreating a tunnel does not restart your trial. There are no automatic charges or renewals.

Service operation

Beta service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or abuse prevention. Do not rely on Beta for critical production workloads. Availability, performance, and continued access are not guaranteed.

Suspension and misuse

We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, harmful activity, or attempts to evade limits. See the Acceptable Use page for prohibited activity.

Your data and leaving the service

You can stop a tunnel and revoke its client credentials from the dashboard. Contact support@portlark.com for account deletion, questions about these terms, or data requests.

Changes

Material changes to access or trial rules will be communicated through the website or account email. Any future paid offering will have separately presented pricing and terms.
